This is a simple website that just sells The Asian Hornet Handbook. I use print-on-demand so that there is no wastage in the system.
At home, I keep a stock of books and I will send packages of 1-5 books from my own stocks, and dropship (I order the books from my printer, Ingram, and they deliver them direct to you) larger orders. Ingram are fast and reliable. They use UPS as their courier. I use Royal Mail to send my packages and aim to dispatch them to you in 2 days.

If you have any problems with your order at all, please contact me and I will do my best to sort it out.
Privacy & Safety
I take your privacy seriously.
I do not and will not share any of your information with third parties, apart from that needed to make the sale. The only data I need from you are your address and a contact email; PayPal and the credit card processor have their own data protection.
I use third-party banking to verify payment, and will you contact you after the purchase has been completed successfully.

I keep invoices safely for tax purposes. If at any time you want me to destroy your personal information (address, email), just let me know and I will do so.
